Hereinafter referred to as: User, any internet user connecting to and using the aforementioned site: Utilia Home.
The Utilia Home site brings together a set of services, as is, made available to users. It is hereby specified that users must remain courteous and act in good faith towards both other users and the webmaster of the Utilia Home site. The Utilia Home site is regularly updated by A&G Retail Group SAS.
Utilia Home strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the Utilia Home site (subject to modifications made since their publication), but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information published on its site, whether by its own doing or that of third-party partners who provide this information. Consequently, the user acknowledges using this information (provided as a guide, non-exhaustive and subject to change) under their sole responsibility.

- Hyperlinks and Cookies:
The Utilia Home site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites (partners, information…) set up with the authorization of A&G Retail Group SAS. However, A&G Retail Group SAS has no ability to verify the entirety of the content of the sites visited and therefore disclaims any responsibility in this regard regarding the potential risks of illegal content.
